12:15 - 1:30p        Break Out Session #2

Option #1:  "High Tide on the Prairie" - Dee Dee Raap
In today's busy world, we need reminders that it's not just what we do for others that counts, but how well we       take care of ourselves, so we CAN be there for others.  With real life examples, heartfelt humor and a bit of sass,     Dee Dee inspires audiences to give themselves five gifts that create a "High Tide on the Prairie" -- self care,             positive energy, purpose, courage and the legancy of their values.  Each gift is inspired by a seashell, absorbed by     an interactive experience, and reflects the truth that we can create the life we deserve--and that we are worth         the effort!

Option #2:  "Creating a Respectful Workplace" - Rhonda Kemmis

Relationships play a critical role in the workforce. While so many business leaders spend valuable energy, time       and money trying to create a   blueprint for expansion and high profits, they bypass the one aspect of human           connectedness that will almost assuredly bring success to their   organizations: RESPECT.

The human brain is highly influenced by how we are treated by others. When we are treated with respect, our       brains go into high gear and perform at the highest levels at which they are capable. When we are treated with       disrespect, the higher thought processes of our brains go dormant. That's right, they become hijacked by our most   primitive survival wiring and our contributions at work are vastly diminished.

"Creating A Respectful Workplace" will be an insightful look into how our conscious and subconscious interactions   with others have powerful consequences. Participants will learn tips to help with communication skills, how to       best use power, understanding others' perspectives, embracing diversity, taking control of the energy we bring         into our workspace, and adding value to our teams.

This highly engaging training is for everyone. From the entry-level new hire, the office volunteer, to the                 supervisor or CEO, learning to help create a more respectful workplace is foundational to a thriving workplace       culture.

 1:30 - 1:45p        Break

 1:45 - 3:00p       Break Out Session #3

Option #1:  "Compassion and Grace...It Begins with You" - Karla Harmon

Option #2:  "Leading to Achieve Great Service" - Dee Dee Raap

Clients and families demand great service, and your organization promises to deliver it. But whose job is it to           make service happen?  Front line staff?  Staff behind the scenes? Supervisors?  In this program, leaders will learn     the connection between service and brand management, and how managing staff to deliver great service is             effective in creating both customer and employee retention.   Service expert Dee Dee Raap will share a win/win,     research-based formula and specific tips that equip leaders with the ability to inspire every employee to deliver       great service—and make service a meaningful part of their job, every day.

3:00 - 3:30p       Closing Session with Karla Harmon
